The sale on all the photo products from the Arthur Murray Fall Showcase is ending this upcoming Monday, December 16, 2013. All sales from this event are 20% off until Monday. You will still be able to view and share the photos until March 31, 2014, so you have plenty of time to still view the photos. Please let me know if we have made any mistakes in categorizing your photos! We have tried to put everyone under their correct studio, but we have been notified of a few errors. The photos featured on the blog this week are from another of the professional shows from the Fall Showcase. These are from the Gaithersburg, MD studio, and they are dancing a Rumba. After a full day of dancing other routines with their students, these two did a show for everyone in attendance. I am always amazed how these dancers can keep all their routines in their memory, when it is so difficult to remember just one!
This was another beautiful routine from these two. We have not seen them do a show together, and they did a great job on this pro show! What they were wearing sets up perfectly for black and white photos.
Changing photos to monochrome is where I really have fun in post processing photos. It is more than just removing color! I will post more about my techniques for doing this in a future blog post. If you have your own tips on how to do this, please let me know!
