I am still going through the bulk of the photos from the weekend. At this time, I want to post the awards lineups for the Championship categories that were danced. Overall, there were so many Championships that were up for grabs this weekend. Of course, this was a National Qualifying Event, so this is a great preparation for that. In the light of competition, your dancing is quite different. Nothing can replace the feel you have waiting for your heat. Moreover, dancing on the big floor under the eyes of judges heightens your movement. Whether strong or weak, your adrenaline will increase these which affect your scores. With this in mind, I am more impressed with those receiving awards. This time was their day when everything came together for them. Indeed they performed as good or better than they had at their practices in the studio. Best of luck at Nationals!
