The photo upload from last weekend’s American Star Ball has now started to the proofing website. There are a little more than 6000 photos going up, so it will take most of the day to get up there. Since we have seen their amazing on the dance floor, we knew they would put on a premiere competition. Undoubtedly their experience over the years in competition has helped them. Everything went smoothly over the weekend, and they should be proud of their efforts to put on a great weekend of dancing.

I am almost halfway through the photos from last weekend. I am still on track to get these done and posted on time, so please stay tuned – I know you will like these! Of course, the dancers are the focus for most of the photos at ballroom dance events. However, I also like getting photos of judges, officials, and other volunteers that are in the ballroom all weekend. They also put in so much work to make sure these events run smoothly. This competition was well organized, and I’m sure the dancers appreciated everything running on time. Here are a few of the photos from just around the dance floor.

Amanda and Ilya were terrific hosts to the dancers that attended. Throughout the event, they were constantly visible in the ballroom checking in on how things were going.
