2018 Fantasy Ball photos Released

The photos from last weekend’s 2018 Fantasy Ball Dancesport Competition have been released! On this occasion, we were at the same venue as last year. In the same way, we sorted the photos by gentlemen’s number and posted the collection here:

Pro-Am Dance Competition

Compared to last year, the attendance was higher this year! We were in the same ballroom, however, there was a lot less room to move around. While this may be true, it is much better to have a packed ballroom for dancing. Not only does the crowd get into action, but the participants have much louder support all day.

While at the competition, we had some visitors to the booth. On the whole they were happy with the photos that we produced. Being that this is a part of Virginia that we do not usually visit, we enjoy expanding our reach!

2018 DC Dance Challenge Released

Last Saturday, we photographed the 2018 DC Dance Challenge.

Although we were at a new venue, the Westin Alexandria, the room was excellent for photos! After all the dancing, we edited and sorted the photos by numbers worn by gentlemen. To see all the photos, here is the link:

Thank you to Jennifer Bonini for having us cover her event again this year! Previously we have photographed the DC Dance Challenge in many other venues in the area. In addition to staff from Forever Dancing ballroom, they ran a smooth event. Eventually, we will get a list of the award winners from this event. For instance, Top Bronze Student, Top Studio, etc. Then I will make some nice plaques labeled with the awards and one of their images. Be on the lookout for those soon!

2018 Asheville Dance Classic

Meghan and Jake invited us to beautiful Asheville, NC. Given that this is a busy time for events, I was happy that I could make it this year! I made the trip down by myself on this occasion. Although I did not have any assistants, the organizers really helped me all weekend.

Their venue was amazing, in fact, looking like a much larger competition. You can undoubtedly see Meghan’s talent for design in the ballroom setup. Colorful lighting, a dynamic slideshow, and a huge dance floor was a great setting for the weekend. I hope you enjoy the images!
